In this video I walk through some of the basic beginner bass guitar techniques. It will help you to gain a good understanding of how to pluck and fret notes on your bass guitar. You’ll also discover the floating thumb technique, which makes plucking the strings much easier once you get the hang of it. It also helps to mute the strings and stop unwanted buzzing.
